I think with Kyle, it is a love/hate relationship but with Butters, he couldn't care less about

I agree with bug actually, the only one he LOVES is himself. He lusts after Kyle and Butters but only Butters would work out because A) butters is gay unlike Kylikins and B) kyle and cartman are both dominant personalities and wouldn't work well together as they'd compete too much.

Butter's isn't gay. In the ep where Wendy breaks-up with Stan so Stan becomes goth, Butter's falls for a Raisin's girl who's only flirting with him for money

I'm not sure about his sexuality, but he'll end up living as a gay man because his familly and friends are all pushing him to act gay. It's hard to tell what he really is, but as his parent is gay, any genetic link would be passed on to butters alongside this environmetnal drive. He's at least bi.

I agree, Cartman strikes me as someone who'd get a thrill out of abusing someone to show any mere 'affection', rather than actual 'love', dare I say. I think it's possibly more of 'hateful lust'.

He could be projecting, like when someone projects the blame of another's actions onto someone else.

cartman only loves himself and no one else, there are ppl i think he likes, but i dont think he loves them

he dislikes butters and hates kyle, simple as that

Dude, neither. I mean, I guess both pairings have some kind of love/hate relationship going on, but I wouldn't say 'love' to describe it....
