4ft Kenny Plushie

So my daughter wanted to start a South Park plushie collection. I just so happened to find this little guy for her yesterday. He's 4ft tall and thick. He's in pristine condition, no rips or tears or stains. I can't find anything on him or about him. Was he a promotional plush, how many did they make? Just trying to find out a little more about him. He's priceless to my daughter but I paid $100 for him.

Must have been promotional, as in, "something you'd win at a carnival" promotional. The biggest ones I ever saw on sale were 2 feet tall, for $100 each, back in 1998.
