Not really following the OP wishes but I did fill out my top 15 favorites but I put up a list with Word and had like 45 of them. Could easily change a bunch around or add/subtract from those 15 I picked. Either way I would say Major Boobage, Make Love Not Warcraft and Scott Tenorman Must Die are probably my top 3.

From season 14 alone it would be Creme Fraiche, You Have 0 Friends and Medicinal Fried Chicken.

Seasons since about 5 on had too many good episodes. It was really hard to choose. For instance I LOVE "Hellen Keller: The Musical" but I'm not sure if it's really one of "the best" -- I bet it's super lame if you don't get the Colm Wilkinson jokes. (P.S., did Colm Wilkinson ever show up in 200/201? Or does that not really count as making fun of him?)

For me, my favorite is Passion of the Jew. It is the episode that brought me back to South Park after an exile where I was banned from the show by my ex, who HATED South Park. It was jawdropping in seeing how dark Cartman could get, but made me love Stan for being the voice of logic up against the Passion lovers. It's my favorite for that reason.
