Anyone care to give us an explicit place of listings (time X in episode Y) where they've experienced problems?

Here's start and stop times for moments where my ears caught volume fluctuations, listening over a 5.1 speaker set-up. Most range from about 3 seconds to 15 seconds. The problems always occur during either bass-heavy music or low-frequency sound effects (UFO rumbling, raging fire, etc.) Dialogue and/or higher-pitched instruments or sounds drop down at the start of each and then audibly rise back up afterward. Some fluctuations are worse than others. Episode 704 is the worst offender and its are the most noticeable.

704, Act 1, 0:36-0:52, 6:35-6:50, 8:28-8:34
704, Act 3, 0:16-0:22, 2:53-2:57
702, Act 1, 0:02-0:06, 3:58-4:08
702, Act 3, 5:37-end of act
703, Act 1, 4:10-4:13, 9:27-9:30
703, Act 2, 3:54-3:56
703, Act 3, 4:51-4:58
701, Act 2, 2:50-3:00
705, Act 2, 5:02-5:34
705, Act 3, 0:02-0:12
706, Act 2, 1:53-2:01, 2:22-2:24
706, Act 3, 1:22-1:27
707, Act 1, 9:10-9:16
708, Act 1, 3:25-3:28
708, Act 2, 7:15-end of act
708, Act 3, 3:49-3:58
709, Act 3, 1:09-1:16
710, Act 1, 2:03-2:20 (fluctuates up & down)
710, Act 3, 2:47-2:57
711, Act 2, 0:24-0:29, 2:35-2:39
712, Act 2, 0:06-0:12
713, Act 1, 1:15-1:25, 3:58-4:08
715, Act 1, 7:41-7:45, 8:33-end of act

Additionally, the opening theme seems unevenly mixed, as does the normal end credit theme (when used). I can't claim to know a whole lot about DVD production, but these momentary ups & downs seem pervasive enough to assume the audio mix is a little messed up throughout the whole set, but only becomes noticeable under certain conditions.

Unrelated, 708-715 should have different visuals in their opening titles than 701-707, but they don't on the DVD. I think one master tape of the 701-707 opening was sent to the DVD producers who then used it for all 15 episodes, but that's just a guess on my part. The correct 708-715 opening shows scenes from 701-707.

I know its late. I just bought it recently online new and I have experienced the same problem. I just wanted to know if this issue was ever resolved or what?

Edit: I just mailed them a complaint about their audio problems.
