An older brother was watching it on tv and I was like, what is that?

Heard of it when Sky One was advertising the premiere in 1997. Then I saw the premiere and I was hooked.

I have no idea. Probably through my sister, or it could have been all the bitching that went on about it :P

Well, I don't remember exactly how, but I know that my older sister kept talking about how all the kids in her class were talking about it, and she was angry because my mom absolutely forbid us from watching it. Then, one day, I just watched it, and I was like, "Oh my god, they have stuff like this on TV?!" Needless to say, I was hooked. 8)

It was August or September 1997. I was up in my room watching TV late at night. I put on the Prevue Channel (now TV Guide channel) and they had a show on a non premium channel rated "TV MA"

I wanted to see what it was so I put it on. And there was Cartman Gets An Anal Probe.

So I guess you could say The Prevue Channel.

I have no idea. You hear about it everywhere. It's a really popular show, and I'd heard about it LONG before I actually saw an episode.

Summer of '02, I was watching MTV and got bored, changed channels and saw some weird people running around (Death) I'm like "Oh my god! I saw a movie 'bout this!" And I've never missed an episode after that.

I was pouring some kind of drink into the cup when I hear "I want cheesy poofs!" And I thought, "Wow, what a cool voice."

And the rest is history. [=

My friends were talking about it one day, so I started watching. I'm glad I listened to them.

That's a very good question. I think I just saw a commercial for it once and, intriqued by the animation, wanted too watch it. I was only 9 or so at the time, but wanted too see it simply because I thought cartoons were for children. Boy was I wrong xD
