"Kyle's Moms A Bitch" from the South Park Movie. I piss myself to death every time i watch that and it never gets old. Best musical moment in my book.

Cartman singing about third grade in the "Fourth Grade" episode.

But I have to admit, I do love me some "Uncle F*cka" and "Kyle's Mom's a Bitch."

There's just too much to go through here!!

Besides the ones everyone's said... I know I'll be missing a tonne, but a few songs that I always really liked:
(and I'll have an overt bias to the newer seasons just because we've got the obviously awesome out of the way from the movie and stuff)

Hell, I'll just try and make this more a list, I guess, so everyone might have more in their head before they decide.

The LOTR? music in Lice Capades

Californah-nah, super cool to the homeless...

'He Has Risen' - Fantastic Easter Special
and the Hippatus Hoppatus :)

Imagi-naaaaeeetionnnn....

Use of 'Carry On My Wayward Son' in Guitar Queer-O.

I'm gonna make love to ya woman... gonna lay ya down by the fi-yah!

Come on, people now, people now. Driving hybrid, helping people now. Come on people, lets be people now...

'9/11' - leven leven leven leven, what really happened, on 9/11...

The Dawg song!

My favorite not blatantly funny use of music in the series is probably the use of the Buck Rodger's theme in Go God Go, the first part especially. And second place to 'We Are The Champions' in Stanley's Cup... and Britney's song at the MVA's. They both make me sick in a beautiful way.

Canada On Strieek!

Someone, Somewhere, Is Loving Me Tonight....

I'm Goin Down The Road, Feelin Bad Oh Lordie... My Innernet dun up n' went aweey...

'sometimes you get a b-b-burnin deep inside you...' 'No, no...' '...Allrighty then.'

Cars done by Peruvian flutes is the best of season 12, hands down.

The Jonas Brothers mock songs :)
'Its too sooonuh!'
'Go back to Montreal... I still love you bay-bayy! BAY BAYY!' Goodnight Denver-heh! We love you Denver-eh! Goodnight-heh!!'

Queef Free... no matter how hard that episode can be to sit through, that song makes all the stupidity worthwhile, with just enough too much ridiculousness.

Gay Fish, of course. That ones almost as immortal as 'Let's Fighting Love' by now I'd say.

Somalian Pirates wweeeeeh....
'Hashmish is it? Yes, on the high F, you're a little flat. Don't close your throat and don't forget to project. Allright, lets pickup from the quarter rest, Ike?'
(approx of course)

And some ones that definitely need some mentioning:
Rainforest Song (definitely my favorite, still)
The Dawson's Creek song Cartman sings as he kills the messenger boy :D
A prostitute is someone who loves you no matter who you are...

"Mr. Hankey's Christmas Classics" Episode

The Dreidel Song

Kyle:

and when it's dry and ready, with dreidel i shall play

dreidel dreidel dreidel, with dreidel I shall play

Cartman:
Here's a little dreidel, thats small and made of clay
but i'm not gunna play with it cause dreidels fricking gay
Jews play stupid games, Jews thats why they're lame

Stan:
I'll try to make it spin, it fell i'll try again

Sheila:
Now when you learn, to make the dreidle spin
You know our people always win, keep spinning
