I think Treys gonna be great at any age though. I think hes gotten a lot better at pacing himself.
These days they say "40 is the new 30," which I suppose is reasonable. I'd hardly call it the "last chapter," with life expectancies rising to the mid-70s and beyond.
Most people don't even retire until after age 60. Of course, aging sucks once you're past your prime, but I think if you take care of yourself and do what you can to stay vital, you can, as you said,be pretty great at whatever age you're at.
