South Park creates shows that have real time topics based on what is going on in the present here are some topics for shows I think would be great:

A Jersey Shore Episode - PLEASE!! that would be hilarious

Another episode about sex addition since jesse james got caught with sondra bullock; maybe wizard alien 2!

What does everyone else think? Any other ideas?

I agree that this would make a good episode but if you read the FAQ it states that Matt and Trey don't take suggestions for episodes or characters.

No and No.
Wizard Alien 2 would just be unoriginal. I had no idea what Jersey Shore was either until I looked it up on Wikipedia a minute ago (the TV show).
