South Park in Comic Con

South Park is a great show and my family and I was hoping to see Matt&Trey or the production staff at the San Diego Comic Con.

I heard they hardly go to Comic Con.

Does anyone here know why?

I already asked the question on the FAQ's but still haven't got a response back.

Because they don't do comics, presumably.

They have staff members for this stuff. :P Unless there's something they personally have a hand in, they just won't show. Is there something happening at Comic Con that they're involved in?

I'm guessing they might be at Comic Con since Book of Mormon is out soon.

Or not. Broadway musicals have even less to do with comics/anime.
