Comedy Central needs to grow a pair and allow the original version (WITHOUT CENSORS) to be released on DVD and Blu-Ray!

As Cartman would say, "You're breakin' my balls here!" :cartmanangry:

That would be awesome, but it'll never happen.

I was ready to buy season 14 on blu-ray today, but then I read that episode 201 is still censored, which is complete BS. South Park fans should protest by not buying season 14 on blu-ray/dvd. It's not hurting Matt and Trey, but Comedy Central and Viacom, the people behind the censorship and the pussy-like behavior.

I f*ckin' hate Viacom! They screwed with South Park and are the video Nazis of YouTube (always getting videos pulled).

Do you honestly think that Matt and Trey make no money off of the DVDs? They definitely do. Boycotting 1. wouldn't work and 2. wouldn't help even if it did. Write to Comedy Central, they're the ones that originally censored it and probably had at least something to do with it being censored on the DVD release.

It's not necessarily about protesting, but I'm not buying it. The only reason I would buy the season is for those two episodes, and if there's censoring then it is just not worth fifty or sixty bucks to me. If not buying the season actually convinced anyone that the original should be released, that would be fantastic, but I'm not expecting that and it's not why I won't be buying season fourteen. Fact remains, though, that if they would release it they would get my money, but I'm not going to pay for a butchered version of the episode because it's not worth it.
To believe in something just because you're afraid of the consequences if you don't believe in something is no reason to believe in something.

I just plain haven't bought the season yet. Mostly because I'm debating spending the money on something else that I've wanted for a while.

It is hurting Matt and Trey as for each DVD sold, they make money/profit off of the sales.

Here are two addresses for Comedy Central in New York. First, their email address:

http://www.comedycentral.com/help/questionsCC.jhtml

And now their "snail mail" address:

Comedy Central
1775 Broadway
New York, NY 10019-1903

Finally, as everyone now has free minutes on their cells and also most everyone has Skype, here is their public telephone number:

(212) 767-8600

Post again here in this thread if you receive an answer from CC, scht101 (our OP of this thread) :)
