Kenny Dies, Ladder to heaven, You're getting old (except for the britches part) I dunno, I find them sort of therapeutic though, when i'm sad I watch those. <3

Ass Burgers ending seemed sad for some reason, more so than You're getting old.

Kenny dies... by a long shot. Even though I thought the drama was funny, it was also extremely sad. Cartman's hug with Kyle has to be the saddest scene M&T ever produced.

Eh, Up the Down Steriod maybe...
Re: What is the saddest episode of South Park you've seen?
YOURE GETTING OLDER was the saddest episode. at least until ASS BURGERS aired, that kind of took the steam out of it. On one occassion, I saw this fan edit that they were airing on some other MTV. It replaced LANDSLIDE (by Fleetwood Mac) with TRUST ME (by The Fray).
My favorite SP characters: Cartman and Butters.
My favorite food: anything pasta related.

YGO had be depressed and sad and crying for days. Mainly because I can relate so much to what Stan was going through so it was not easy to see my fav character go through so much pain.
Kenny Dies too gets me teary-eyed. Cartman did care a little. Kenny died before Stan had the courage to visit him and his last words were 'where's Stan?' Too sad.

I love: Stan, Butters, Cartman, Sharon.
I ship: Stan/Cartman <3
Stan: MMOOMM!!
Sharon: What is it honey? (gasp!) My baby's killed again!
Haa, I love that line.

Can't we all just get along?

The one with the Dog Whisperer. So ugly I can't watch it.
Also, the scene in Fat Camp where Cartman sells food to the crying fat kid.

Episode 605 when Stan was diagnosed with vaginitis at the hospital at the end of the episode. That scene always made me sad
and also You're Getting Old when Stan becomes depressed and cynical.

Favorite characters: Stan, Cartman and Butters
Favorite episodes: Whale Whores, My future self n me, Cartman gets an anal probe, Raisins

Probably Return of Chef or You're Getting Old
Kenny Dies was basically a joke episode, he was back in the show a year later.

None of them were sad. Honestly, how do you take any of the events that take place in these episodes seriously?
They are so ridiculous that they are funny, and that's how they're meant to be, that and possibly thought-provoking as it's obvious that a message of some sort is present in just about every episode.
But I'll play ball, if I had to choose one, it's the one with the chili-con-carnival where Cartman fed a kid his own parents in a bowl of chilly. Although, that episode was way more disturbing than it was sad.
That or the follow-up episode where Cartman finds out about his real father and how he fed his real father to his half-brother.
I kind of feel for the kid who's only been plotting revenge that whole time, living with the fact that his whole life was turned upside down, that he ate his own parents, that a little kid like Cartman could really be so evil that he could take his revenge so far overboard, and not only that, that Cartman could literally be so successful in pulling off his plan of vengeance. It's as though God himself must have ensured Cartman's success that day. Imagine having to live with that?

Your Getting Old and near the end of Assburgers when Stan is ready to accept someone else as his best friend and break off from the group

Okay, but that was after a year, and the original intention, according to Matt, was to kill off Kenny permanently. The events of "You're Getting Old" were reversed by the episode that followed it. If anything, "You're Getting Old" was a joke episode.
It's "Kenny Dies" for me.
