That scene gets me sad too although I never cried about it. I think it was even worse to see Stan suffer the whole episode, weak and needing Kyle to carry him around. Then when he finally passes out and Kyle's shaking him... so sad

The beginning of AB has be depressed too. Stan cares about nothing in the world. The look of sadness and hopelessness on his face...not to mention eyes filling with tears in Mackey's office... so hard to watch.
*sigh, I wish I didn't care so much about characters...*
I love: Stan, Butters, Cartman, Sharon.
I ship: Stan/Cartman <3
Stan: MMOOMM!!
Sharon: What is it honey? (gasp!) My baby's killed again!
Haa, I love that line.

It's ok to care about characters. If we didn't care about them, none of this would be interesting. That's what makes books, tv shows, movies and every other form of entertainment possible. So, don't feel bad about it, it's part of what makes this a great show.

Can't we all just get along?

I cried for a considerably long time during "Kenny Dies"'. I REALLY thought he was going to be gone forever. (He would've been if Kenny wasn't so popular). The hug cartman had with kyle was the MOST emotional thing I've seen. Usually Cartman hates Kyle. But then, they were able to be sad enough to hug. Also brings a bit of faith to people who think that no one cared when Kenny died. (I'm sure they cared, but that's not the focus of the episode, is it?)
