San Diego Comic Con

Postby captainkwerk » Sat Jun 09, 2012 2:45 am

Hey, everyone! I'm going to be attending Comic Con as (an extremely feminine) Mysterion. Is anyone else going to SDCC, and more importantly, are any of you cosplaying from South Park?

I actually live in Arkansas! A few girls from my area and I all decided to go, but I'm the only one fangirling over SP at the moment. It should be a lot of fun, but I'm not looking forward to the long lines and definite body odor.

Hey! Florida is fun too! Disney World is way better than Land :P

FL is only good for vacations. And yeah, Disney World is very fun. :)

Gearing up early, huh? 'kaaaay.

I really wish I could've gone last year when they did the Year of the Fan thing over there, but... oh well.

If you live in So Cal, there'll probably be scalpers or something... You can at least look at all the costumed people as they walk around!

Here's my costume by the way. I haven't perfected the cape yet, and I have Doc Martens to go with it.

Very nice. I'm wondering if you should go with a smaller question mark... maybe back that one with some of that thin art foam board for making displays and stuff.

Thanks!

I'll have to go to my local craft store on Monday. I was thinking about using a spork for a prop behind the question mark to make it stand. I have since put the question mark on a cape, but it's really wobbly still. I'll take pictures again when it's properly erect.

Thats cool. Actually, Cal is one of the those places I want to visit when I leave my parents home to be homeless this Thursday.

But other than that, great pic.

Do Trey and Matt always have plans during the event, because I never saw any panel videos of them on Youtube.

Yes. They're usually on vacation at that time.
