Don't think that will ever happen. It would be a fun idea, but wouldn't happen. I have thought of putting that idea into a story but don't know how it would work. Just sounds like something fun to write. :) I say Sharon would give birth to another boy and his name may be Shane. Or Spencer. (but I have Spencer as the name of one of Stan's cousins so that wouldn't work).

Stan: MMOOMM!!
Sharon: What is it honey? (gasp!) My baby's killed again!
Haa, I love that line.

A new baby would probably drive Stan mad to kill himself.

Stan's place in the family is the youngest. Sharon likes it because he can be her 'baby' forever, Shelley likes it because he'll always be there to kick around. And I'm sure Stan's too used to being the youngest to want a new baby in the house. Everyone has a place, a role in the family and if it's altered, even in a cartoon, it won't feel as right.

Stan is the youngest child in his family.
Kyle is the oldest child in his family (okay, maybe it doesn't count since Ike is adopted).
Cartman is an only child (unless you count his half-brother Scott).
Kenny is the middle child in his family.

If Randy and Sharon do not have another baby, the differences between the boys will remain balanced.
Yep, yep, yep.

Yeah, each boy has their own role. Stan's is that he is the youngest. And Kyle being oldest counts. He loves his brother and just because someone's adopted doesn't mean their birth order doesn't count.

The reason a new baby episode is a bad idea is because that's what every single other sitcom does. Without fail. Any show that's on for more than three seasons goes through the same predictable arc with two of the main characters.

1. 2 characters overcome some obstacle to actually get together.
2. They get married.
3. They have a baby.
4. Repeat until show ends.

They do this because television viewers are suckers for marriages and babies. They are super easy ways to generate ratings. That's why every TV baby is born in November or May. It's sweeps, man! Works every time. It's worked on me. Same for you, reader.
