South Park Animations
I really like the animation for south park, dose any one know what its called? Or were I can get it a program that will let me make videos like this? Can I get a free program? Or do I need to buy one?

Flash. People have been using that to make SP-style cartoons for years.

I'm pretty sure they use Auto Desk Maya. :/
It's available free for college students, but I'm not positive how much it would actually cost. (Honestly, I don't want to know.)
