I just have one request for the halftime show.

For God's sake, do not lip sync!

I don't get it. Three years ago, they came down on Shania Twain for lipping it while Sting and No Doubt performed live. The following year, the only live voice was Kid Rock.

If I were to pay hundreds for a Super Bowl seat, I'd expect actual performances, whether by the teams or the music acts. What say you?

Me, I'm excited for the commercials too.

I'll say

Steelers-27
Seahawks-20

I really dont think that there is going to be much scoring in this game. But Seattle will pull it out, 13-10.

Super Bowl advertising is the single most over rated thing in America. I can't believe how highly we in America regard these commercials when they're just like every other goddamn commercial on TV. It's all the same lies and half truthes about sh*t we don't need.

This is the first time in a couple years where I'm actually looking forward to a good game. We got two roughly evenly matched teams, so I'm hoping for a nice close game that goes down to the wire.

It is suppossed to snow there, too bad the game isn't outside, I would love to see a Super Bowl in the snow.

You know...I'm not a big football fan, I only watch it once a year and that is on Thanksgiving, but I've heard so much about the game tomorrow I think I will watch it. I'll actually watch the game and not just the commercials. Even though I don't know much I always secretly root for the underdog. I'm not sure there is an underdog this year so that is really interesting to me. :D This has been a boring post, but I just wanted to add my two cents.

I think that the Seahawks are the underdogs because almost everyone is picking the Steelers to win....but I'm staying with Seattle...Mike Holmgren has won a super bowl and knows what it takes..Bill Cowher (Pittsburgh coach) hasnt won one yet...that means that mike holmgren will beat the s**t out of his team with their awesome running game...but thats my opinion

In Vegas, Steelers are the favorites, I don't know the point spread.

Exactly! How cool would it be to have the Super Bowl played in a real football town like Green Bay or Pittsburgh or Buffalo instead of cycling it through the same half dozen cities down south? I want this to be a regular thing now, having the Super Bowl everywhere. We've got plenty of domes in this half of the country so all the fair-weather pussies don't have anything to bitch about.

Well, they are heading to Kansas City next year, then Arizona, Tampa and San Diego or something like that, they said they will use a portable roof if snows in KC next year, how gay.

Since the Steelers won, I'm predicting Jerome Bettis will retire. Had the Seahawks won, especially in a close game, I'd have bet he would return for another year. But now that he's got a Super Bowl Ring, he's gonna retire.
Thoughts?
