Bad& painful, my lower back aches like hell. Nothing helps. It's been like this for several days now.. Wonder what the heavy object was I lifted.. Or could it be because I worked too hard in the jarden? Dunno. Anyway, the only thing that helps is Paracetamol of course.

I think the solution to your problem is to toke in the bathtub. You can lay back and get comforble, and if you need to pee there's no need to get up!
