Actually, I did meditate earlier. I was listening to the musical score from "Braveheart," then I meditated. I felt so much better afterwards. When I feel upset, my stomach feels like it's in knots. After I relaxed, the knots went away. Thanks to all those on the BBS who helped me out and gave me advice.
Anyway, I'm listening to a piano version of "Claire de Lune," by Debussy. It's really relaxing. If you feel crappy like I did earlier, then you should listen to this song.
