Moar Randime: This morning I tasted 46 year old (estimated) Hershey's Cocoa. I tasted it first, then tasted some that was less than a year old, which was a bit of a mistake. Both were unbelievably bitter, but the newer stuff had a bit more of a chocolate taste to it than the older stuff. The old was also quite redder than the new.

Jesus, tell me about it. The few episodes of He-Man and She-ra that I've caught lately on TV (which are already being re-repeated) have me thinking only one thing: "I used to watch this shit?" No, wait... "I used to watch this shit and was sooo completely into it?!?!" It's only now that I realize how retarded I was. I had (actually still have) a spring horse that I would ride while playing Cowboys and Indians, and the Indian name I gave him was "Swift-Wind Spirit". Over the past 25 years, I had completely forgotten the name of She-Ra's flying Unicorn/Horse thing is Swiftwind. Image That can't be a coincidence. I had to have gotten that name from that show. Unless... no. I may have only been 5, but I know I had more sense than that.

Nah, man, if you were looking for decent cartoons in the '80s, you needn't have looked any further than...

The Real Ghostbusters

I just picked up Volumes 2 and 3 over the weekend. The stories were fun, and the animation was decent, too.

With the exception of when Slimer got his own stories, of course.

Oh, I know. I got the super deluxe version of the movies that included 1&2, a booklet thingy, and some eps of the cartoon. Also, I think that Pee Wee's Playhouse holds up well too.
I'm trying to remember what all I watched back in the ancient 1980's... He-Man and She-Ra... Pee Wee, GhostBusters, Muppet Babies (yeah, I know), Ninja Turtles... Classic Looney Tunes and Tex Avery toons, and that's when they were on every day after school... I know there was more, but can't remember any of it right now.

File this under "I'm thinking this right now, and I'm not high as a kite?"...
I find it interesting that I can lay on one side of my bed, and watch my opened laptop screen shake ever so slightly with each beat of my heart on the other side of the bed. Fascinating that that tiny a movement is picked up and transmitted so far across the thing.

I'm surprised it kept after all that time! Cocoa isn't that good by itself; it needs the sugar and milk for the sweetness.

On a semi-related note, on the 9th I found three whole bars of Lindt chocolate that had apparently been left over from my visit last Christmas in my room. They're still good after all of ten months, surprisingly (well, the cherry-chili bar at least as that was the only one I've opened XD)
Illegitimi non carborundum.

f*ck. I'm not on my computer, so I can't look for and post what I want to here.
That's another thing. The power supply for my laptop decided to fart and fall down on me, so that means no porn for me for a while. :D I have another one on the way. Hopefully tomorrow or Saturday I'll be back in bidness.

Yeah, I do. I get it when I'm going on road trips to snack on, so I don't eat a bunch of chips and sugary crap that'll make me sleepy.

Bug- That's a good idea! I'm not a huge jerky fan but I'm planning a pretty tiring road trip in March so I'll keep in mind jerky!!!
