I'm getting into the userbar thing too! I have a bunch!

I had to put them together into one thing because it wouldn't fit in my signature if I did them one at a time.

How do you animate them? That would make my life a lot easier.

yeah, but that thing always ends up very LQ.
ImageReady is better if you actually care about how good the results are

Yup, but I think you need Photoshop to animate good. And I don't have that.
