Random: Hardly anyone can pronounce "Delition" the way I had intended it to be pronounced.

Demolition has been said quite a few times, but that's not the worst.

Sadly enough, the worst one I have heard is "Definition". I don't know how in the hell you would get that, but someone actually said it.

I meant for it to be pronounced like "Deletion", with the "le" pronounced "li", but most people pronounce it "Del-ition" with the "li" pronounced as "le".

It makes no sense, but then again neither do I.

Plus, I was bored so I decided to post my boredom in the random thread.

Smeh... I really should be working on my English Assignment right now, but being apathic me, I choose to leave it to the last minute. Literally. I know I'll be panicking my ass off in PC tomorrow, and end up producing a sorry, slapdash job of it. Oh well, I can always just use the "my dog ate my homework" excuse... HA... not!

Speaking of which, I have never heard anyone use that excuse in my life; (exceptions for TV.) I've heard, "my printer cartridge ran out as I was printing it," "I accidently left it out in the rain," and hell, even, "my little brother drew on it this morning and I didn't realize until I got to School." But, I've never heard anyone use the "my dog ate my homework" excuse. But, who could blame them... it's the lamest, implausible, most unoriginal excuse for homework I've ever heard. I truly feel pith for the person that made it up.

Besides, I seriously doubt that a dog would find a piece of paper appetizing... unless it was tainted with meat or something. XD.

My dog used to eat my homework. If I left it where he could get it he would rip it into tiny shreds. He would try and eat some of it but he would give up when he tasted it. At Christmas, if we left the wrapping paper laying around he would tear it into tiny pieces too. Of course, whenever he would tear up my homework I couldn't say he did because nobody would believe me.

This one time, we had to read a book for English but my dog got it and ripped almost the entire top half of it off. You could tell he had too because there were teeth marks and everything. I had to bring it to my English teacher to prove it.

My dog likes to rip things up. We have to hide our shoes and our remote controls. He has issues.

I saw the kitten my sister rescued yesterday. She was soo adorable! The cat even went into my lap on her own and started purring when I pet her. I love cats. ^_^ =^._.^=

Facts about Golf: Created in Scotland.

The meaning of the letters:

GOLF - General Officer Logistic Forum
GOLF - Gentlemen Only Ladies Forbidden (urban legend about origin of golf game)
GOLF - Global Oscillations at Low Frequencies (SOHO experiment)
GOLF - Goal-Oriented Leadership Function
GOLF - God Offers Love and Forgiveness
GOLF - God Our Loving Father

Chorus:
O-ver and O-ver, we will follow you,
O-ver and O-ver, we will see you through,
We are Celtic supporters, faithful through and through,
and over and over, we will follow you.

If you go to Germany, you will see us there,
France or Spain its all the same,
We'll go any where,
We'll be there to cheer you,
as you travel round,
you can take us anywhere, we won't let you down.

Chorus

If you go to Lisbon, we'll go once again,
In Zaire you'll find us ther e calling out your name,
when you need supporting, you will always know,
we'll be right there with you, every where you go.

Chorus

Absolutely great.

We'll build a competition from which you can't get knocked out,
As long as you're Real, United or your chairman's got clout,
It'll be the same old teams again and again,
At least four from Italy, England and Spain.

It's all part of our great master plan you must see,
To get lots of money selling the rights to TV,
The fans may get bored of all these meaningless games,
but it's all advertising space for the big brand names.

No room for your Belgians, Swedes or East Europeans
But we'll still call the winners...... The Champions!

Another great song. And loads more.

How'd you know I supported them?

Wait until next time. We will do better. That was the time when Celtic were improving.

I've got a better one...

When you walk through a storm
Keep your chin up high
And don't be afraid of the dark.
At he end of the storm
Is a golden sky
And the sweet silver song of a lark.

Walk on through the wind,
Walk on through the rain,
Tho' your dreams be tossed and blown.Walk on, walk on
With hope in your heart
And you'll never walk alone,
You'll never walk alone.

Makes my body tingle XD It's the song for Liverpool :D

On the "dog ate my homework" subject, my old bird would try to eat my math textbook.

Seriously. And the bird was a bit taller than it when it lied flat, waaay shorter when it was standing upright, and about as thick as it. She lunged at the pages and nibbled at them, nevertheless.

My eyeball is itchy. Not the eyelid, not the area around the eye, but the eyeball itself.
