I won a 2002 Olympic beret for $5, but had to pay $10 in shipping and handling. When I received it, however, it was in a cheap little box, and was placed in a zip-loc sandwich bag. Nice for a $10 shipping and handling fee. :roll:

I didn't complain, though, since I got it immediately after paying for it.

There oughta be a law against overcharging people for shipping. If someone accidentally overcharges you for shipping, they should send the excess money back to the buyer.

I was thinking about buying an 88mm cannon shell, used in the German Tiger tank, off of ebay. It only cost $120 dollars (the shell itself is about 3.5 feet long; they have one at the Smithsonian Museum in Washington, D.C.) but it was being shipped direct from Cologne, Germany, and the shipping would have killed me.

I did buy an MG151 20mm cannon shell off of ebay, and it came in yesterday. It's a strange looking thing!
