As of this morning, I was diagnosed with ADDs.

I told my friend and she was like "Wtf? You have AIDs?" and I spent like 20 minutes on MSN trying to tell her what ADDs were.

God, real life friends are so dumb. o_O

Attention Deficit Disorder. It's when someone has a hard time paying attention to one thing for a prolonged period of time, so his/her mind often wanders off. I was diagnosed with ADD in 1997 and I took ritalin from then until 2002, when I began taking concerta. Now I don't take medication at all. I try to get by without medication because it makes me feel like crap. It causes me to be easily stressed and is the cause of most of my life's depressions. (And since I've been depressed enough over a breakup lately, I better avoid that medication at all costs.)

Yeah my friend has ADD and like three years ago she used to have to to take Ritalin, but she hated it cos it always gave her a stomachache, so one day we hid her pills in the gutter after her mom dropped them off @ school.

I am ambidextrous; I use my right hand to write (and is used most prominently when I type), but I do most other things with my left. When I play softball, I bat with my left, and I also golf and do the guitar with my left. I can use my computer mouse with either hand.

Adderalll, then Concerta, sent my son into a bad depression. He's off that crap now. Of course, he has trouble paying attention, but big deal. Better a few bad grades than a dead son!
