But just in case you are...and this can be for anybody that has thought this too...
Do you know what is happening when you "lose weight" by not eating? That's your body eating itself. First, it eats at the fat stored away then it starts to take away from you muscles. That's why you always see the anorexics talking about how much it hurts. (besides the hunger pains) Also, the moment you eat again you gain it all back if you don't change your diet.
The best thing to do is to jump start your metabolism by snacking lightly throughout the day. Snack on healthy stuff like fruit or vegetables or something. Oh and carbs really aren't evil like people try and tell you. They are energy boosters. You are supposed to eat carbs and then burn them during the day in exercise or whatnot. The reason people get fat off carbs is because they eat it and then sit around all day. Carbs that aren't burned turn into fat because they become stagnant. Oh and meat protein isn't the best protein, the best protein is vegetable. Meat protein also contains a high amount of fat whereas vegetable protein is full of nutrients.
I've always liked vegetables. My mom said she was surprised with both me and my sister because we both loved our greens. I guess that can be my Random Fact.

RFAM: I got lost while delivering a pizza today. Not just a teeny bit lost... REALLY lost. The person's house was waaaaay out in the country (like off the map of River Falls), and she gave terrible directions, so I was halfway to Ellsworth before I finally called her on my cell phone and got the correct directions.
