Hmm could you be a little more specific? There are a bunch of episodes where Kenny explains a certain term or word. Is that an actual quote or a description of what's happening in the scene? But if I had to venture a guess on it....I would say "Cartman get's an Anal Probe", where Kenny explained what a dildo was.

If you are talking about a person winning a contest, than that would be "Indian Man's Greed" which is in Season 7.
