Zelda/Sheik. Although Samus is way more awesome than Zelda/Sheik, I don't think Zero Suit Samus was too good of an idea.

Definately Snake. According to Super Mario DS, Wario is weak around running and jumping. Plus, Snake's gonna allie with me and Peach.
