Meatball grinders or Sausage grinders? A grinder is another term for a sandwich.

Sausage grinders. Their shape fits in sandwiches better than that of meatballs. I'm sure someone with a lot of time on their hands could write an algorythem for the most efficient packing of meat into a sandwich, and it'd say meatballs are less efficiently packed than sausages.

Skateboarding or surfboarding?

Surfboarding. Water is softer than asphalt.

Losing both legs or one arm?

Losing both legs, it'd help my blood be as lazy as me by not having to pump so far to circulate my system.
