I'm unsure weather a government bond between two people should exist; people should make wills earlier and more frequently maybe instead? I don't need the state to recognize my love if the person i want to be with recognizes it and my commitment, though somewhat paradoxically I do plan to marry. The institution's there and i'd wish to show commitment any way I can to the person, so I'd use it.
