Broncos in the episode "Cartman's Mom Is a Dirty Slut&q
When the Broncos first enter, someone says something along the lines of "Everybody, its the 1989 AFC West Champs, The Denver Broncos!". Then at the end, when the "Narrarator" if you wanna call him that, is going through everyone, he goes "Or is it the 1991 Denver Broncos?".
Thats quite a big mistake. Now, you can't say "Those were the 1991 Broncos, the guy just said they won in 1989". How can Cartman be 8 if he was born in 1991 when the episode was made in 1997?

Come on, people, let's be a little less than serious. We've seen a class of students go through two grades and two teachers in the span of what amounts to twelve years of our overall existence. We've also been asked to been asked to believe that one of these children regularly dies, only to be resurrected next week without any explanation. We have bizarre side characters like singing pieces of sh*t to help celebrate the holidays, a talking stoner tower, an illiterate police officer (well, I guess this one's not too far off the mark), and a ruthless Middle-Eastern dictator in an abusive relationship with Satan. Never once do we find the reality of this so hard to suspend. But when Matt and Trey screw up and say 89 one time and 91 the next, we crucify them? Cut these guys a little slack. Without them, we wouldn't have the socially comedy that keeps rotfling week after week. There, I'm done.
