The children of South Park are practicing "My Country 'Tis of Thee" for the "4 Million Child Blow," sponsored by Yoko Ono. Mr. Garrison doesn't want to go because his father still lives there. At the concert Stan and Kyle try to figure out a way to "out cool" the kids from New York. Cartman tries to find "the brown noise" and is successful. Stan and Kyle plan against the kids from New York but their scheme goes much too far.
music behind Garrison in the first scene changes through ut the scene
This is probably my favorite Garrison episode. It showed how twisted he really is.
Can't we all just get along?
It's funny, the first time I ever watched this episode was a few days after hearing what the brown noise is at Brainiac!
"oh that's funny you kiss just like my dad" funniest line every lol
Wasn't this episode titled The Brown Noise and not World Wide Recorder Concert?
Its official title is "World Wide Recorder Concert", but sometimes an episode has one or more other titles. "Pip" is also known as "Great Expectations" and "City On The Edge Of Forever" is also known as "Flashbacks." What the boys were trying to do in "World Wide Recorder Concert" was find the brown noise - the frequency at which you poop involuntarily.

I remember an episode of Mythbusters where they tried and failed to find the brown noise.
