The Good
The Miley Cyrus bit at the end
Stan and Kyle giving up and joining in with the singing
The Bad
The lack of Kenny
Butters taking Kenny's place in the ep (I'm not hating on Butters but I Kenny better)
Cartman disappearing for the rest of the episode
The half headed Britney and not understanding what she's saying
I wonder what the real Britney Spears thought/thinks of the episode if she saw it
