Singing about the "status quo" that was good. I also love the way it was obvious when they switched to studio-recorded singing. And the false start with Stan there was funny.

Isn't one of the plots in one of those HSM flicks the jock who secretly wants to be in theater or something?

Yeah, and not surprisingly Briden looks a lot like Zac Efron, who is the basketball player who secretly wants to be theatre. So common these days, of course.

I love the random song and dance numbers. Jewsus I'm so happy this episode is being shown on my birthday.

I...just died laughing at the fact that Stan sang Someone's In...STAN SANG HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ME. 8D Ahaha, that made my day. (I'm all over the place right now.) But I totally get why Stan did that. Realistically, no one could make up a song on the spot like they do in musicals. Clever. x3

The slapping wasn't funny at first, then it was funny early in act 2, but later in that act, not so much. That means it'll probably be funny again one more time.

I guess we have to wait until act 3 for the jewfro.

This was a good episode considering the lame movies they were parodying. Nice job on the role reversal with the wannabe jock and his oppressive father.

Tonight's episode sounds good, but I still have to wait just under 2 1/2 hours (I am on the West Coast). I can't believe that tonight is the end of Season 12 ! Happy Holidays, South Park Studios, and Happy Holidays, everyone! See you next year for Season 13 !

I was in tears laughing by the ending number. However this episode will probably have a wide spectrum of ratings considering the number of south park fans who have never even seen High School Musical. And, yes, you have to love the jew-fro. XD
