Re: *1301: The Ring* Post-Air Discussion
Mr. Slave was in THIS episode. The last episode he was in before this was Follow That Egg in season 9 which aired in 2005. It's 2009 now. So unless I'm literally a retard, it's been just about 4 years. What was the last episode he was in??? Wasn't it Follow that egg in season 9?

Well, we are now officially in the midst of Season 13, and that season opener was VERY good. Maybe this comes partially from my quasi-hatred of Disney, but this episode didn't just offend Disney.... it REAMED Disney. Walt is spinning his grave.
This episode kind of started out a little slow, but the concert scene brought the thing into gut-busting, gasp-inspiring hilarity. And it didn't stop. Mickey's first scene was pure win, and although each of his subsequent scenes weren't quite as good, it was constantly a thrill to see him curse and be rude. And Kenny dying was subtle, but a nice touch.
This episode was a Disney-bashing that kept me laughing through most of the second and third acts. The first act had its moments, too. This episode was a little preachy... Ok, quite preachy, but still good. I'm going to say 8.75/10... or maybe 9. Idk, either one.
Great start, guys, keep up the good work.

U know what really sucked for me. I became a HUGE fan of south park a couple days after the ungroundable aired. So once I looked into when new episodes would air, and it said March 11th I was like:
"F***, what now?"
I've been waiting for this episode to air for like 4 months now. that 4 months felt like 8 months to me. So after I saw this episode, I was relived the wait was finally over. This next week is gonna take forever now.
Anyway I'd give this episode a 9/10. And for me it was an epic win.

This was such an amazing way to start the season.
I watched it with my entire family and after the first act, we were laughing so hard that we couldn't even hear the television even though it was on full volume. This is mainly because my family is a huge fan of Disney AND South Park, so seeing them make a fool out of Mickey Mouse was the /greatest/ thing in the world.
Personally, my favorite part of the episode was the beginning when Kenny goes insanely happy finding out that Tammy was a whore. It was too hilarious! Then of course, Mickey Mouse beating the crap out of a Jonas Brother.
So is the episode being put on tonight? I thought that after an episode aired, they waited a week before putting it up?

Finally, they kill Kenny for once. In a creative fashion, as well. Great way to kill him off. I also got a kick out of the fact that he's the most perverted of the 4 main characters and he FINALLY gets some action!
Mickey was just priceless, too.

The episode was AMAZING!!! Great start to a new season! Although I LOVE Kenny, the ending was awesome and definitely didn't see that coming! <3
Re: *1301: The Ring* Post-Air Discussion
Mickey mouse, the Christian Bashing, the Anti-Jonas message, and the Mickey Laughs made this episode win. Season 13 is off to a better start

Though it took me a minute to find the right 'station',
At least Kenny died this time doing something he loved to do.
It is very seldom in our lives where we see our own lives parady that which television does so well.. Normally it is the happy go lucky life all of us wanted, but then came south park. It opened the doors for other great shows Family guy, robot chicken, even the show futurama turned in it's favor to gang up against those commie bastards we got up in the FCC.
Thank you for this masterpiece performance. May all your show be so good.

Does anyone else agree with me that the new episode sucked? I was watching it with my boys and I think I laughed once. A real huge let down, but I could see it coming from the last few seasons. Just like any other comedy series I suppose. Maybe South Park has just lost its touch. Good thing we have South Park Studios and get to watch all the GOOD episodes from years before.
Shut your f*cking face uncle f*cker.
