Someone plays an April Fool’s joke on the boys and it doesn’t go over well. Butters is incapacitated, Cartman is furious and the rest of the boys are afraid someone might do it again.

I can't wait! It seems like it will be really good! I love/hate the preview clips because it make the anticipation for the next new episode even worse lol XD

The last queef reference was 'way back in Season 3 (10 years ago), episode 1317, The Brown Noise. It appears here the queef reference is something the boys see on TV at Cartmans houses :lol:
