Now airing on the east coast!

LoL, Stan's parents' reaction to the book the boys made was totally unexpected. Who would've thought that making a person throw up at the content of a book was actually a good reaction from them.
Awesome episode so far...

I'm digging this episode, very strong start. I like how its a boys episode so far, no big celebrities or anything.

If I hadn't perfected the silent laugh, everyone in this building would be coming over to tell me to shut up.
I loved how the boys didn't think Catcher in the Rye was dirty at all, how Butters reacted to it, how the boys decided to write their own dirty book and decided to frame Butters for it when they thought they were in trouble... EVERYTHING!
Hope the second and third acts are just as good.

I love it when a plan backfires.
We're not going to hear what the book is about at all. We're just going to get a few hilarious words and names like Sarah Jessica Parker.
The title the boys chose seems to have gone through a revision between the name Cartman pitched and the name that Sharon read off the draft.
We'll see how funny the puking will stay.

I LOVE, so much, how everyone is getting meaning where there is none. That always bothers me about any "classic" book.

The runner of people barfing is still working. I'm just worried that those scenes will be stuck in my brain the next time I'm about to chuke.
I kinda figured the next logical step would be for the boys to come out against the book after they couldn't get credit.
Butters follow up book is going to totally suck. He's not vulgar enough to do that. Plus I bet he hasn't read it.

Looks like a lot of people (myself included) got the Randy parts wrong. I wonder when (if ever) we'll see those.
As for the episode, I thought it was OK. Butters was funny.

Great episode, the novel was funny, the game show based on the book, Butters' chants, the deaths of the Kardashians and Sarah Jessca Parker, and how Red and Lola were protective of Butters.

The bit with Sarah Jessica Parker was kinda cruel, but still, this episode was amazingly funny. I seriously couldn't stop laughing! 5 stars.
I hope they make more episodes like this.

Hate to be a stickler, but are they going to put a thumbnail picture in the episode guide?
Re: *1402: The Tale of Scrotie McBoogerballs* Postair Discus
I've been trying to remember if I laughed during the episode. No luck so far.

Man, I was more entertained listening to that NPR Fresh Air interview with Trey and Matt than while I was watching this episode. The Morgan Freeman bit did make me snicker, though, I'll give the ep that. Otherwise. Um. Ugh. I don't know. Meh.
Also, what's up with Trey and Matt's voice acting? Lately it's just... a lot of forced deliveries and shouting.

I really didn't get this episode, though I was picking up hidden meanings left n right. I guess that's the joke in the joke, that I was reading too deep? Ah well.
The vomiting was spent on me after Randy finished, but Red/Lola defending butters and the game show segments were my favorite picks. I was also shocked Kenny didn't die during the moose hunt scene.
I'll watch it again, looking for what i missed.
