I also see "tation" so I think that means dick + tation = dictation.
Like a dictatorship or something? Cartman's/Cthulu's dictatorship? -shrug-

Isn't the A in a circle the atheist sign? Image

neocarleen wrote:Okay, so Kenny's parents went to the cult meetings around ten years ago. Kenny is 8 or 9; so he was conceived close to or during the same time they attended the meetings. That, coupled with the fact that the McCormicks were too drunk to remember anything that happened leads me to believe that they did something there that caused Kenny's immortality.

I'm really want to compare this to the movie "Rosemary's Baby". I wouldn't be surprised if the next episode spoofs or makes a reference.
Of course, Kenny isn't the Antichrist (like Rosemary's baby), but his power does have something to do with Cthulhu.
I wish I had more clues to work with. I guess I'll have to wait until Wednesday again.

Wow. Good point about Kenny's conception. That's actually... that make a LOT of sense, if he was conceived at one of these things and that ended up getting him his power.

I have a really stupid reason why I don't think they'd kill Kenny off for good again... Have you noticed recently that a lot of the site's decoration has Kenny on it? Act 3 of the episode player. He's on the "Click here for full episodes" a lot, and on the site header - I don't think the website would have so much of Kenny on it if they were going to get rid of him. Especially in the "Act 3" episode player. I just don't think they would utilize a main character's image so much if they were going to get rid of him. Remember, the first time the only reason they got rid of him was because they felt like he was too much of a prop. He's clearly a character now - even before we found out he was Mysterion, he had gained status.

Usually, a-signs like this actually do mean anarchy, and they sell amongst the goths and people who like metal music, I've seen them on wristbands and such. It's not supposed to mean anything besides "I'm so cool and tough, look at me" -except no one really does, since everyone has these nowadays.

...I can't help it, MINTBERRY CRUNCH!

Well hot damn! Packing the Facebook full of flavor!

As for the text on the bathroom wall...

"Dick"tation
The circled A is the sign for Anarchy
Hypnotize, with the stems for y and p joined together
The End Is Near

But it's a public restroom so none of this needs to relate to Kenny.

My opinion-nah, not really. Not any more than any regular cult follower would think of. They hear the prophecy and just go with it, it's not personally against Kennehhhh. I'm guessing no one really knows about Kenny to begin with, they were just trying to draw/write badass graphitti.

It's not foreshadowing on M&T's part, I think. Mostly because they don't do that, or I might just be the moron who never noticed, but they never tried to give us a heads up on what's about to happen. I know that people assumed the next episode's plot when M&T'd get predictable, but it's not as if they wanted us to. If they're gonna kill Kenny, they won't write it all over some wall, they'll make it sad and long, so the fans will cry rivers and give them a reaction. What benefit do they get from spoiling it for us?

Maybe they're not even thinking about it. Maybe we're thinking too much-who knows? All in all, those signs were probably just a bunch of "rebels" who want the world to die or be "all black and scary"and such.

I think the stuff in the restroom is just generic restroom graffiti. You get people writing stuff like that in there.

And I am also thinking they may just keep going. They've outright said they're going to stop a couple times before and didn't. This is their thing, they'll miss it. Even if they did manage to stop they'd start again in some form after a few years.

I'm not really worried about South Park ending =P We have another season left, but it's like, this is their thing, and moreover, comedy central needs South Park.

Yes, CC has other great shows (I LOVE Jon Stewart and Stephen Colbert... I don't like Tosh very much but I think he does generate somewhat of a fan base). As popular as the Daily Show and Colbert Report are, it's not enough to keep them going really. South Park is their main thing... I think that they'd probably get to the point where if Matt and Trey wanted to leave, they'd just make an offer that they can't refuse.

But really, I'm not worried about SP not being renewed. And it's not like M&T are confined to SP alone as their one project. They're doing other stuff, like The Book of Mormon.

I do like the idea of hour-long episodes. They could cut the load down to seven episodes a season then, one every two weeks even, since they could use the extra time
