Another comedian who now uses the term "Awwwwwkward" is Craig Ferguson on the Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson on CBS.

He tells jokes, then says "Awwwwwwwkward" each night, and after interviewing his guests he asks them if they want to play a harmonica OR have an "Awkward Pause" where Craig and his guest just look at each other in an awkward way.

So jokes ending with the word "Awwwwwwkward" is now becoming pretty common out there among comedians.

Well, it's been a really great run... but this could very well be the end of the line.

I really hope that the writers will find their groove again... they did well with 'The Book of Mormon', hopefully they're just a bit tired from working on promotion for it.

Great episode again. Knew they would include some kinda Osama reference-"Justice has been served". But have no clue where this idea came from. Love that Adam Sandler and Co. were angry about Funnybot. 2nd episodes of most seasons are not they're best usually but this was good. :timmy:

So nobody realized relating nowadays germans to the nazi period is insulting (and somewhat racist) ? Insulting people just for fun is ok with southpark, we're used to it, but only when it's fun. The show usually treats morality on its own way, obviously, but always with a sharpened eye on what truly matters. This ep completely missed it, it is wrong, shameful.
Cmon, with bin laden or the british royal wedding all over the news, they could have done so much better, I was expecting it !
ps : before you reply too quickly, I'm not german ...

Overall the episode was pretty decent. I especially enjoyed the scenes with Tyler Perry and President Obama. In my opinion, not an instant classic but definitely worth watching :)

The German was really bad. I think Cartman was saying that they could rape Kyle?

So last night I had my graduation from college and I was determined to make it home in time by 10pm. Long story short... I made it!

To the SP team: once again you've made me laugh and cry at the same time.

Tyler Perry and Token stole the scenes! Token was too cute.

I literally skrieked when I saw David Spade in the mix of comedians. Now I can rest and say they "South Parked" David Spade. Thank you!!!!

This is not the first time Cartman has spoken German. I believe in the episode Passion Of The Jew he chanted in German a few times.

The whole conversation (forgive me for my horrible German) would have gone something like

Germans: "What is going on here"
Cartman: "Listen, this is a mistake"
Germans: "A mistake?"
Cartman: "A mistake because we do not care about The Comedy Awards, it was the special education child, he made us choose"

The Germans then ask to see him (the special education child)

Instead, Cartman figures he could give them Kyle (since he hates Kyle and Germans are often associated with Nazi's, who in turn hate Jews) to try to bribe them to get them to leave.

"We can present you (the Germans) with the child here (Kyle)"

"He is nice jew. A nice juicy jew. "He is fresh and lovely, lovely." (trying to sell Kyle to the Germans with fancy words to get them to leave)
Stan and Kyle :)

This episode was just okay for me. It's one of those ep's that was worth the watch but is seemingly forgettable.

There was a couple nice jabs and references here and there but as a whole it wasn't anything special.
