first off I cannot CANNOT be the only fan begging for a Stan episode by this point. I don't want to come off as a crazed Stan fan but the lack of him is really worrying me. Where is his big role????

As with all the episodes so far I feel very so-so about this one. I love Buters. He's adorable. But I don't think him having multiple personalities works for him. I see it as a Stan kind of thing. That kid has the mental problems/ unstable mind. Butters is just... nice and sweet.

Curious what the boys will do. Curious what Stan will do. :( By this point I give up. I really might have to wait until Oct for his episode. I hate feeling so unsure so far for s. 15. Nothing has excited me yet. I want to jump for joy like I did with the Creme Fraiche press release. *sigh*

I a huge stan fan as well, and i feeling the same he had to little time so far. Its mainy butters and eric all the time, i want to see more of stan.

The only movie that kinda is close to this topic was Shutter Island. I know the other Leo movie was paradied, Inception, but the episode preview and description really sounds like Shutter Island. When the character in shutter island found out the truth he wanted nothing to do with the truth.

Are you sure? Because they talk about them in every single commentary since season three or four.

What they HAVE done is made footage for episodes that the episodes ended up not having time for, so they save the footage for a later time. The Towelie Intervention segments used in "Crippled Summer" last year were originally meant for "A Million Little Fibers" four years earlier.

Yes, that is true, but Million Little Fibers was also meant to be a banked episode; they did all the Intervention stuff early in the run, then they took some time off and came back to finish the episode they'd already started, only to scrap it and end up with a very strange episode. If you listen to the commentary for Million Little Fibers, they start off talking about how they had some of it in the bank, but then didn't have anywhere to go with it. Then they found the footage and did the Intervention episode later, but that was just a happy happenstance, it's actually rare for them to scrap episodes and come back to them later because they have such a tight production time. Pinewood Derby is a good example of an episode they wish they could have scrapped, or at least delayed.

Oh boy, I think we got yet another good episode coming!

It will be nice to get further insights into the personality of the Butters character (and he looks totally adorable when he smiles like that!). And please, oh please let there be Tuong Lu Kim in the B-plot! He's the only adult character I like as much as my favorite five kid characters.

Favorite Characters: KYLE -- STAN -- WENDY -- BUTTERS
Favorite Character to hate: C A R T M A N !!!

Favorite Episode: THE LIST

Wow, this caught me by surprise when I came online today.

Probably will involve Professor Chaos - finally gets found out, huh? Also, this is likely the second time City Wok guy (I don't remember how to spell his actual name) appears this season, after disappearing since WIng. There's a few long-disappeared characters and gags that have been coming back this season, I love it.

I agree. One of the things I've liked about this season is how they've been including old stuff. This episode should be interesting. I don't think it will involve Butters being revealed as Chaos though, because apparantly his mom doesn't care, as revealed in "Good Times with Weapons", which is also when the boys found out he was Chaos. So maybe it will involve something else in his history... 8)

I love episodes that talk about real issues. When it comes to people with multiple personalities, I know what Butters is going through because I think that he might have bipolar disorder or schizofrenia but I guess we'll have to wait and see what happens.

So I told my friend about 1506; almost immediately a telemarketer happened to call, so my friend answered in Tuong Lu Kim's accent:

Phone rings

My friend talking in Tuong Lu Kim's accent: "sh*tty Wok! Order Please! sh*tty Chicken or sh*tty Shrimp?

Telemarketer: No, I'm here to ask you if you need your home remodeled (my friend has no home of his own; it's his parents home)

My friend: "Oh, you don't want sh*tty Wok; you want sh*tty Airlines"

Telemarketer: Hung up the phone.

I hope "City Shushi" will have a lot of Tuong Lu Kim in it, and not just Butters. Butters may be the A-plot, but I hope Tuong Lu Kim is the B.

The last episode I remember Butters in where he was partially diagnosed was when this spinning apparataus was getting him in the behind and was singing Loo Loo Loo. Right before it entered Butters they said "You're going to feel a little pinch Butters" @ 14:45 in episode 6 of season 9 The Death of Eric Cartman.

I hope this other specialist can find the real problem. :o

That was because he was 'seeing' things, though (even though he was just seeing the not-dead Cartman.) They thought he was disturbed, lonely, or schizophrenic, not that he had Dissociative Identity Disorder.
The current plot description seems to imply that he does not, in fact, have D.I.D. since there's something in there about finding the "real" problem. I'm interested to see what they'll do with it.

Yes thats right. What is funny is Butters is always stuck in these traumatizing events and he still stays so nice.

I will say this: I like the title of the episode very interesting. It could mean so many different things. I like the titles that have nothing to do with the press info.

buuuuuutttt Matt and Trey, c'mon!!! You're making me not excited about Butters, my 2nd fav character beause of the lack of Stan!!

no I will not stop moping about it unil I am satisfied.
I love: Stan, Butters, Cartman, Sharon.

I ship: Stan/Cartman <3

Stan: MMOOMM!!
Sharon: What is it honey? (gasp!) My baby's killed again!
Haa, I love that line.
