Stan is finally turning 10 after going back and forth from being 9 and 8 through the many seasons lol! Exciting! :D
Butters: "I don't play Wold of Warcraft."
Cartman: "Butters, you said you're on your computer all the time."
Butters: "Yeah, but I'm playin' 'Hello Kitty Island Adventure.'"

Lol!!!!!!!!!!

Looks like Trey is using this one to reflect on his own age by using Stan & Randy to speak for him. Stan falling out with Kyle for this episode means he will be used to channel Trey's more serious reflections on getting up in age. Randy trying to play fart-rock in that image means they'll use him to express that desire we all feel at some point to recapture youth. And fart jokes.

Stan: serious A story
Randy: shit-joked filled B story probably with a runner that pays off pretty big just when it's starting to get old.

Stan and Kyle getting pissed at each other is something that could make for good story. They've been allies through recent seasons so it's about time they argue over something. It makes them more relate-able.

This whole fabric of South Park unraveling thing has me a bit spooked out. Does this mean that recurring characters may end up dying/other saddening changes detrimental to us loyal fans? Or maybe it means other crazy changes such as a shift in main characters/physical change in age by the characters? All I hope is Randy does not hog the episode, as he doesn't really belong in this one.

October is his birthday, but I doubt anyone gives a damn.

YES! STAN ISN'T THE COOL KID ANYMORE! Now I don't hate on Stan, but I'm tired of him being the cool kid. I think Wendy will make a major appearance in this episode.

I swear, you just reminded me of Cartman Joins NAMBLA

JVM wrote:j/k I know Wendy won't be in this episode I'm just messing with ya'll

I don't know. I wouldn't jump the gun so quick on that since Wendy is a popular girl and Stan becoming uncool could hurt their relationship.

Stan would invite Cartman to his birthday because they are friends and do get along. :) That press image is way too sweet. Stan's cake looks yummy and I love all the boys around him, smiling. Very cute. I also noticed, and was almost amused by the boys we do see. Notice who is missing? Kenny! You would think he'd be in Butters' spot or Jimmy's. But he's not even in the image! I think it says a lot on how M&T feel about Kenny. Kyle, Cartman, Butters, Jimmy, and Token are invited but Kenny is not in the pic. Anyway...

to clear up this whole birthday thing: Stan's birthday is in fact Oct 19th, 2001 according to You Have 0 Friends. Which means he's having a tenth birthday a little early in the season... lol. And since he said 'you guys are ten years old' in CBAA it would have to mean his friends are already ten, making Stan the youngest of the boys.

Sooooooo frikkin' excited for Wed!!!!!!
I love: Stan, Butters, Cartman, Sharon.

I ship: Stan/Cartman <3

Stan: MMOOMM!!
Sharon: What is it honey? (gasp!) My baby's killed again!
Haa, I love that line.

Fun fact:
Stan's birthday is the same as Trey's.
Kyle's birthday is the same as Matt's.

I think M&T intentionally did that to make Kenny seem like the bad guy. After all, he's not in the image. The plot may be that Kenny gets butthurt for not being invited, so he gets revenge on Stan.

Just speculating.

Not happy. I was going to drive up to Milwaukee Wednesday. Now I'm so worried I'm going to stay home.

I'm slightly worried too (probably for different reasons), but I have confidence in how everything will play out. I say try and put it out of mind for a little while, and go anyway.
