And why would Stan invite Cartman to his party?

Kyle is the one that hates Cartman, Stan and Cartman are sort of friends.

I'm hoping for the second one but I'm pretty sure its the first. I hate STAN & KYLE FIGHTS. I HATE THEM! WHY WHY WHY?

Hey don't worry too much kfgg i'm sure they will be friends again by the end of the episode.
Kyle: Why? How could you do this? There are people starving in Alabama and you give Cartman a million dollars?

Cartman: Line? Lines! I HATE LINES!!!

I don't know. I kind of like it when they fight. It just makes their friendship seem deeper and more real.

Prediction Time... yet again!

Postby RichardV1150 » Mon Jun 06, 2011 7:06 pm

Well now that everything has come out, it's about that time for me to make a useful/less prediction! This episode could start out with the crappy music or in the middle. I'm assuming since the description states that "after Stan's birthday", that we will see his birthday first thing, it's very likely. Stan's age has always been up for debate, as with all the characters, I'm not going to go into when they were born, but it has nothing to do with air dates, it just happens. Obviously Sharron notices Stan's 'poor' choice in music and decides to tell Randy about it. I have a good feeling he's going to have a very minor B-Plot, as the description gives nothing as to what he will be doing. My guess is that, from the press release, he will be reliving the 70's and 80's life of music, as suggested by the graffiti on the wall 7D'$ and Custer's Revenge, that porn game we all know. Now he's either trying to go along with today's kids or make a better version, or gets taken in by it so much that he... joins a band? In any case, I'm not too worried as to what he will be doing.

Now on to the main event, where anything can happen, Stan turning 10. Putting aside whether or not he already turned 10, he's getting older, being more adult-like and realizing he might need to get a job, probably not though, high doubts in my mind. He'll see kids playing childish games and feel left out, like a Rudolph feeling, but Kyle will help. They become popular by either the music, an event, or something outrageous. Maybe everyone starts separating and acting older than they are, realizing by the end of the episode that they should act like kids while they can, and that Randy should give up being childish and just grow up.

I see the potential for a 10/10, but it could turn out as a 8 or 9/10 if Randy has too much screen time. What if this is a two-parter, just think of the agonizing pain we would all endure, do you think Matt & Trey would do that? It's hard to predict a two parter, sometimes it's easy, this could be a random, just throwing that out there.

Actually, Kyle was seen without his hat in Season 13's WTF and Season 14's It's A Jersey Thing.

Well, if you guys paid attention, Stan said "You guys are TEN years old!" YOU GUYS. Not him. The guys he was talking to. And they didn't say his age in Whale Whores. So he most likely isn't a "birthday whore".
Anyway, I think the A-plot will be Stan being more mature, hopefully not like "Cartman Joins NAMBLA", and fighting Kyle "Prehistoric Ice Man"-style, and the B-plot will be Randy being less mature to try and relate to Stan more, "Guitar Queer-O"-style.
All the attention to Randy is due to the fact that Randy does dumb stuff that is also funny. South Park isn't on Comedy Central for nothing.
And I do think that all this "10 years old" stuff is preparing for a 5th grade. It just might not come so soon. And BTW, a school year is 180 days, not 160. So it might come in season 16 or 17. Maybe not now.
And Matt and Trey, if you're reading this, please, please age the boys faster. I love watching teenage dramas. What? You don't want to age them? Next time you get my hopes up, will you please take me to a Grease Monkey? Because I like to get lubed up before I get f*cked! Huh? Some lube would be nice! Or at least a courtesy lick, Matt and Trey. Why don't you give me a courtesy lick, next time you decide to f*ck ME!!! Ahahahaha Cartman... All the way from HumancentiPad.
Sorry this post was so long, I love typing.

Hmmmm....This episode looks interesting. About time they focused on Stan again, and now he'll be ten. They sure age slowly don't they? The biggest prediction I have is that this one will be a two parter, but I could be wrong.

I hope it isn't. Most recent multi-parters have been caused by sloppy writing rather than plots warranting more than one episode. And in this case it would probably be because of overusing Randy once again.

"A major blow up" could involve Stan and Kyle getting extremely popular by playing this crappy music.

A blow up could either be a fight or "To become famous, successful, and respected usually within a small amount of time.

They fought in Guitar Queero and they ended up having sweet moments when they reconciled in the end remember? I doubt they'll do that idea it'd be the exact same plot as Queero.

Most recent multi-parters have been caused by sloppy writing rather than plots warranting more than one episode.

I'd say the sloppy writing is caused by them desiring a 2 parter without an idea for one.

Hm, either way, 2-parters tend to be sloppily written, so the point stands. I can't see this episode stretched into two very well, although a surprise would be welcome.
