Man, what a great start to the season! They absolutely nailed it in the most poignant way.

I have been uncomfortable with Washington's team name for a long time now. It's racist, but in an old-timey way where if you heard someone say it in normal non-football conversation, you're reaction would be, "Oh, how sad. That old person doesn't even realize what century it is."
If the team name was the "Negros" they would've made them change it decades ago.

Goodell-bot and Jerry Jones and most of all Snyder himself; I know the guys like football and it shows. Just like "Sarcastaball", they skewered the NFL, but they did it out of love and not disdain. That created the right tone throughout the episode.

Strongest start to a season in years. Now I've gotta rewatch it. :)

Even though I'm not all that into football, I do find this episode funny on some level.

The political satire within this show is strong, I give them that.

Looking forward to what next week will bring to the table.

Rewatching it now I noticed Stan and Kyle's sub-plot has no pay off. I think it should have been written out so they could develop the current plot (maybe have Butters and Kenny do something...)
I don't have much authority here, but if you could respect the little I have that would be great!

The idea was very clever. No doubt about it. However, the episode was quite tedious and bland. I get what they are saying and I find the satire humorous, but there wasn't a lot of character interaction(development).

they should have gone into the coupon business, whereas you still have to offer a product and create arbritrary incentive to buy

The ep started out decent and towards the middle but the ending was just weak.
