A lot of fans were curious about Butters and Charlotte... glad they're back, sad they're also not. Tweek and Craig were also clarified. Sheila's being so nice. Good callbacks to Yelp and Warcraft. Those non-serialized nods are the ones that really speak to me. Not too worried about the trolls themselves, although the Danish connection was neat.

Anyway, curious where Act 2 will take us and look forward to seeing Heidi and Cartman's whatever-they-are.

Some questions answered, others not.

Too much focus on Gerald.

Someone in the writers room must be fixated on pee and crap porn.

Kyle gave a speech at the end and Stan liked it. That's good enough for me.

I liked the troll lore and thought it could have used a few more images of trolls and of human trolls. The meet up with Gerard and the other troll under the bridge was funny how dirty the troll was and short and fat. I loved the e-cig and Starbucks coffee use in the episode.

Now there is talk of pussystormer forums or something and so using ‘Stormer’ is usually used with white supremacist websites. Then there is Butters calling Kyle uncle Kyle which is a joke on saying he is an uncle tom. I guess Kyle was too ready to do whatever the girls want and so is an uncle tom. This is a type of racist joke. The last for me was the salute of the kids that I saw as a Nazi salute or black power fist. You can add in too the joke of stereotyping Jews as trolls if you want. So what I am saying is the episode had some racist jokes.

I also liked seeing Charlotte but I guess we should have known their relationship wouldn’t stick and so now they are broken up. I wonder if we will see Charlotte again as there is not much use of her if she lives in Canada, so this may be her last appearance.

It was funny that Gerald got peed on by his wife. Pee porn is kind of weird but everyone has looked at it before. I was thinking it would be something worse and not deal with a female but was somewhat happier that it was pee porn. I guess Gerald has started to get his punishment for the bullying as getting peed on is gross and can get you an infection. His kids catching mommy pissing on daddy was nasty. It proves Sheila is kind of a freak and I believe we have seen her in those lingerie.

Its official that Cartman has seen a vagina. It’s amazing he never saw his mothers. Kyle really is so jealous but it’s not like any of the boys, when they need help, don’t go to any of them and try and pull each other out of what ever they are doing to fight some bull. The scene of Kyle’s bedroom is not in the episode, so maybe they ran out of time or changed things up? It ended with Kyle there showing his dick, so did he give up on siding with the girls?

The Trolltrace.com is like a ticking time bomb for Gerald and all the other trolls to be caught. That building will have to be destroyed I would think. I would expect the fight to shift to Demark at some point.

The last scene is with the troll meeting. I expect some time will be put into getting to know each of them and there will be team hackings and or online bullying's by them. There were people with weird faces and anonymous masks all fat and dirty. Where is this meeting being held? The place was rundown and so is it near Kenny’s house or where the whores sell themselves?

I liked the episode. Had some nice highlights like Gerald getting peed on and the trolls. That one troll playing that whistle was great, what the hell music was that? Still it was a lot of buildup. Gerald getting all angry at people and cursing is so relatable though if you don’t have an outlet for your stress and anger.
What seems to be the officer problem?

I'd call this one "Good, but not great."

I was hoping we'd be winding down Gerald's story from here on out, but it's just kind of taken a meh turn to me. One of the reasons last season worked so well for me is because the odds feel so much stronger when South Park is tackling the town itself, but whenever it becomes a global story, my interest draws back a bit. The visual gag of the trolls resembling, well, trolls, is fun, and the Danish thing could be interesting. I played with a similar idea in a fanfic once, believe it or not.

The kids stuff was all good. The boys and girls are as divided as ever, and Kyle's struggle was interesting... now some of you owe me an apology for insisting Heiman wasn't real. It's real, and it's spectacular. :)

@Nall, I noticed the preview shot with Heiman in Kyle's Room wasn't included in the final cut. Is this a scene we may yet see next week or on DVD, or was it just something we saw, i.e. at Sizzler, with different lines?

You might see some of that on the DVD with the deleted scenes. Like the National Anthem part that as released as a clip but never shown. Actually last year for the first time, deleted scenes were issued when you bought the season on iTunes. Thus I never bought the Season 19 DVD. A first.

I don't think the National Anthem clip was ever part of the episode - I noticed when it was posted by SPS it always said 'South Park is Back!' but it never said 'Member Berries' or anything. It goes back to Cartman's AK-47's and Ginger stuff from S14. But I know in some instances, deleted scenes are saved to be re-purposed, i.e. Cartman's Tea Party, or a scrapped scene isn't released if it's repetitive (Mr. Mackey's role in "Tweek x Craig")

Don't use iTunes so it was a big tease, especially with the Best Buy deal.

One thing you do not get on iTunes is commentary. That's DVD-only.

7.5/10
An okay episode, but nothing spectacular. Hopefully the whole Gerald being a troll plot gets phased out next week and the Garrison running for president plot should also be dropped as Donald Trump now has zero chance of becoming president after the scathing comments he made about women on a hot mic 11 years ago, which basically extinguished what little momentum he had left in his bid for the presidency. It was really nice to see Cartman and Heidi actually become a thing, but it was also rough seeing that Charlotte abandoned Butters. It also seems like all of the boys got tired of trying to please the girls, which led to Butters' whole men's rights movement. As much as Kyle tried to stop it from growing, he basically just gave up on trying to bring peace between the boys and the girls by joining the "Wieners Out" movement, which kind of seems like deja vu to when Wendy did everything in her power to stop all of the other girls from photoshopping themselves, only for her to give up on that crusade and even heavily edit her own photos. A lot of people think that Kyle might have a plan on certain social media platforms, but I think with the way things have been going at school and the lack of support he has been getting, I think he has just outright thrown in the towel on trying to improve gender relations. I think the girls have a better chance of trying to halt the gender war, but they seem pretty set in their ways and do not even have a shred of respect for the boys. The boys don't even deserve their respect anyways at this point as they've all just turned into a pack of robotic, disgusting and idiotic militants, outside of Cartman, who I believe was actually very lucky to get forced off of social media. Basically, the boys might have put themselves beyond redemption at this point and the girls are probably the only ones who can create peace between themselves and the boys, but at this point in time, is there really any motivation for them to make peace with the boys. One more thing: Mysterion is not going to do anything about the gender war at South Park Elementary School either because Kenny, like every other boy at school besides Cartman, is part of the mindless and repulsive "Wieners Out" movement.

Wendy held out for Stan... for a little while longer.

I did NOT see that salute coming. :o And we saw what Stan was actually reacting to (it wasn't the size of Token's wiener.)

Heh, boo.

All the things I've seen on South Park I thought I would never see Sheila give Gerald a golden shower

Good episode can't wait to see what happens next.
Kyle: Why? How could you do this? There are people starving in Alabama and you give Cartman a million dollars?

Cartman: Line? Lines! I HATE LINES!!!

Amazing episode ! I was f. so bad at few scenes ! Especailly Sheila and Gerald ! This one made me laugh so bad, and these faces of Kyle and Ike, poor children ! But seriously, how many times Kyle's parents didn't close the doors? They should learn to close the doors to avoid these stuffs -.- But also wow, i am so glad that WOW guy is finally back on the screen ! I was so shocked and surprised that this character didn't got forgotten ! I am really looking forward for new episode of it.
Deaf South Park fan. :) Feel free to make friend with me, I won't bite. :)

i may be wrong of course, but somehow, i feel like the trolled Danish olympic medalist is still alive and this is all a plan by denmark to take over the world or something like that. ok ok, i may have too much fantasy here, but: 1. why would a strong woman suicide after just a couple of weeks of harassment? even a fragile person would only give up and suicide after at least months of being trolled; 2. have you seen the face of the Danish prime minister (or whatever he is) when the journalist tells him: "Once your servers become active, anyone could trace anything on the Internet back to whoever wrote it. How do you stop that from happening?". at that point, he looks elsewhere (like people always do when they are hiding something) and gives a somewhat elusive answer. so i think that freja ollegard is still alive or (less likely) she is actually dead and that served as an excuse for denmark to attack. so imho denmark is definitely up to something big. if it were possible, i would even be willing to put money on that.

by the way, are trolls still a thing in denmark? i mean, trolls hide in caves in mountains and denmark doesn't even have hills, the "peak" being, as far as i know, around 170 meters. i think they haven't been dealing with trolls since the end of the kingdom of denmark-norway around 200 hundred years ago. but i guess that stone and parker are well aware of that, since the prime minister said that they dealt with trolls "long ago". on the other hand, i don't understand the snow, which is unlikely in denmark in this period. but, oh well.

i feel like "heiman" won't last long, maybe up to the beginning of the next season but not over that point. they aren't in love one with the other, they are just like a man and a woman alone on a deserted island, that's why they stay together. sooner or later, one of the two if not both will grow tired of the relationship.

it's nice to see butters finally build up personality. for once, they did his way. and kyle learned that sometimes you can't be politically correct.

this is what it is usually called a "build-up" episode and build-up episodes are good when at the end you feel like you can't wait to know what happens next. and i definitely feel that way, so this is a 9/10 for me.
