When Cartman has the picture of the drill there's a blond lady in front of Jimbo.When Cartman says he needs a black guy while it pans over the crowd the lady is at the back of the crowd and then appears at the front.

Die Hippie, Die
When Cartman makes his presentation to the city council, the map he shows them with the Hippie drum circle locations has a lake labeled "Stark's Pond" on it. However, in the previous season, a Wall-Mart was built on top of Stark's Pond. Yes, they destroyed the Wall-Mart, but Stark's Pond wasn't magically re-made.
Die Hippie, Die
In the scene where the townspeople bribe Cartman into helping them get rid of the hippies (about 11:40-12:20), the cake changes size, loses Cartman's name, and disappears entirely towards the end of the scene.
