Stan is cool, but it seems his character has been a little neglected lately. I mean he does get some good parts every now and then, but it seems like when he doesn't have a main role, he hardly has a role at all. At least Kyle normally get's a somewhat decent part when he doesn't have the main focus of the episode, as opposed to Stan.
I think Stan was good in MBP though, I really like that episode, and I thought it was really cool to see Stan pull Kenny to safety.

Stan. The only kid in town who doesn't have something that makes him stand out from the rest. Kenny is poor, Token is black and rich, Cartman is fat, Kyle is Jewish, Timmy is in a wheelchair, Jimmy has crutches, Butters is a wuss, and Stan is... Stan. His family seems to not be able to choose a religion, as they have been Christians, Mormons, Atheists, and Stan almost became a scientologist. His sister Shelly is mean and enjoys seeing her brother in pain. His dad is just an idiot. His mom is normal, though she spends a bit to much time watching the news.
Nearly all religious episodes have him as the leading role. Trapped in the Closet, Bloody Mary, All about the Mormons? all have Stan or the Marsh family as the leading role. Stan still has a like for Wendy seeing as he freaked out when she Kissed Cartman, when she was dating Token and when Kyle had to share his egg with her.
Stan isn't one of my favorite characters, but overall, I like him.

stan has always been my favorite, and he's the most normal, i mean what's wrong with him, cartman's fat, kyle's a jew, and kenny's poor. Stan is normal. He has the most friends also, He's kyle's best friend, and Kenny likes stan and kyle even, and cartman likes stan more then kyle, so apparently stan is the most popular.
If South Park were a person i'd f*ck him/her 1000's of times.
