I love the way the one kid keeps flipping his hair. The goth kids are just one of those stereotypes people see frequently in SP (like Pip, Mr. Kim, Luigi, Mr. Slave, you get the picture) but like all the others, you just have to like them.
One thing... they shouldn't show up too much, otherwise the writers might exhaust their characters and make them less interesting.

Kanichiwa, it was already disproven by DB and I that they've actually been in five episodes, with dialogue in four of them. Try reading other people's posts instead of taking a glance at the first one and then typing up your thoughts. Also, Stan has nothing to do with this discussion, and if we're going to bring him up, it should at least relate to the characters of the goth kids in some way.
Anyway: Yeah, the goth kids don't have personalities. So? That's the point and that's part of what makes them so funny. Like Athena said, the stereotypes in South Park are great.
And I'm agreeing with Athena again about not letting them show up too much. They have other neglected background characters to use, although there here and there is usually pretty funny.
