Most of the other adult characters seem like flash-in-the-pans that have served their usefulness, as reflected by their use in recent seasons, or lack thereof.

RANDY IS THE BEST!!!!! I love the way he makes such a big deal out of everything! he's seriously rad (and his sideburns are rad too...) he's actualy (well, him and Cartman) my all time favorite. But Mr. Garison is rad too, but not Ms. Garison, she's pretty funny but not neary as much...and I miss Mr. Hat :'(

I like Sheila Broflovski. Even though she is a Big Fat B**ch. She always cracks me up more then the other adults of South Park.

Randy is my favorite because almost every thing that he does is so outlandish. He's a raging alcoholic that takes monsterous craps that he shows of to the locals, he's part of the secret orginization "The Hare Club for Men", he gets addicted to heroin hero, and when he left town to join the ghetto avenue boys, he bid his loved ones farewell by saying "see ya" and "play ya"in a high pitched and enthusiastic voice. However, my favorite R M moment was when he beat the crap out of Batdad, to Randy: You're the best around, no one's gonna ever beat you now!
