Dog Poo. He is in the background, and he spoke only once in all of the 12 seasons in season 6 in episode 606, "Professor Chaos." His face isn't as dirty as "Pig Pen" in the Charley Brown Comic Strip; if Dog Poo's face was filthier than Pig Pen's, I might vote for a different "least favorite South Park character." For now, I vote "Dog Poo" as my least favorite character in South Park.
