I must say that season 9 was the Cartman and Butters' season. This season, Butters made the most appareances for good or bad and you all know how important it is. He's stopping to be a simple background character

Yay for Butters! I mean, he took a lot of crap in The Death of Eric Cartman and (a little less) in Marjorine, but not nearly as much as in some previous seasons... I mean, can anyone really forget the horrors of Good Times With Weapons? Or how about the home lipo in Jared Has Aides? It's burned into my brain! I can't forget it even though I want to!

Yeah, you can't really say that Butters is a typical 'secondary' character. He tends to toe the line between secondary and primary...

Anyway, here's hoping to a season 10 with even more Butters goodness. He's the best character by far!

Also, I think you might've forgotten to add 'Butters Very own Episode', that one was terrible for him.

What can be said about Butters now that the season is over?. Hmm.. lets see. How about this: his "role" in "Marjorine" was awesome. The few lines that he had in "The Losing Edge" were killer. He was great in "The Death Of Eric Cartman",(although I could have done without the anal-probing scene.) That crap was so screwed-up, poor, sweet, Butters.

This is my first post, and this is the best thread to do it cause I must say Butters is my favorite SP character. He's simply adorable, he's the cutest thing. I love the episodes from Professor Chaos, especially because he tries to be bad, but he just can't, it's not part of his personality. Too bad he's always been tortured

Off topic, both were excellent in 'Two Guys Naked in a Hot Tub'. That was Butters' first real role in an episode!

BTW, does anyone here know why the name of this thread was changed? Has the "Chaos Posse" been terminated?

Yes, Butters has evolved, But I don't think that his character in "Two Guys....." was that different from what it is now. I think that the only time it has been different was in "Hooked On Monkey Phonics". He was kind of mean in that one.

XD, that was hilarious. He was like a mean, little bully. We need to see that side more often. Butters seems so, non intimidating even when he's trying.
