Mecha-Streisand

Did Barbra Streisand's human form appeared in the episodes 200 and 201? I know Mecha-Streisand appeared but what about her human self.
South Park is way funnier than Family Guy.
Also Mr. Garrison and Donald Trump are two SEPARATE people with completely different career backgrounds.

Did not. Mecha-Streisand was rebuilt and vastly improved, but her human form could not be restored.

If Mecha-Streisand ever did return, maybe someone will find a way to restore her human form and use her mecha form for their own evil purposes.
