^Partialy, yes in Fingerbang. They were recruting band members for adution and when Wendy was done all were clapping exept for Cartman (Simon)

Fingerbang aired in 2000, and AI didn't debut until 2002. But they did mention it in the Wing episode.

Anyway, back to Kenny. There still seems to be a lot of talk about killing Kenny on this forum, even though his deaths have been reduced to one a season which I think is plenty. I've lost interest in seeing him die. I think it's great to see Kenny right to the end of an episode and still be alive. I think the gimmick now is to make it look like he's going to die and he doesn't. I really hated how he'd die early in some episodes. A lot of time I lose interest when that happened. I think it was pretty lame that his friends carried on as if nothing happened, that is after they say the They Killed Kenny lines.

Yea, "Kenny Dies" is the only episode that anybody actully cared and in the end they almost still didnt care! That totally pisses me off!

I am really sad that kenny would die so early in episodes, and its also sad that he'd die every episode, BUT i did think for the first few seasons it was a hilarious gimmick. i mean, especially in rainforest shmainforest when they say "oh my god, they killed kenny!" "you bastards!" and kelly goes "who? who killed hiM?" and all kyle and stan can say is... "they" and she goes "who's they?" "just...they..." "yeah... they're... bastards."
that made me laugh so hard
